Joana Augusto Reis, a Doctor graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Eduardo Mondlane University, with solid experience in health services management, epidemiological surveillance, and coordination of public health programs. She currently works at the National Health Institute, in the Division of Outbreak Surveillance and Investigation, where she is involved in disease surveillance, coordination of integrated surveillance, and support for outbreak responses. She is also a member of the environmental and occupational health program.
